Cooking with Euro

Brown Butter Sage Pasta (gluten-free)

230g gluten free pasta of choice (reserve 1 cup of pasta water)
3-4 tbsp butter
15-20 sage leaves
1 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Servings 3-4

Step 1:
Cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before straining

Step 2:
On your Euro Cooktop, add butter to a large skillet and melt

Step 3:
On medium-low heat, add in sage leaves and brown the butter for about 8 minutes until sage is crispy

Step 4:
Remove skillet from heat and add in cooked pasta, 1/2 cup of the water, cheese and nutmeg and mix together until well combined

Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy!
