Notes

Step 1:
Preheat your Euro Oven to 215°c and line a large baking tray with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack over the baking sheet and set aside.

Step 2:
With a paper towel, pat chicken wings dry to absorb any excess water and place in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper and arrowroot (optional) and toss until chicken wings are coated evenly.

Step 3:
Line wings on wire rack and place in the oven, baking for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4:
Sauce
Mix together honey or date paste with the ghee or oil, spices, salt, lime zest and juice until well combined.

Step 5:
Leave the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes, and brush with sauce occasionally. Set aside a small amount of sauce after baking for a final coating.

Step 6:
Bake the chicken for another 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. Brush with the remaining sauce and garnish with cilantro, serve with ranch dressing or alternative dip of choice and enjoy!
