Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon

4 boneless salmon fillets
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried parsley ( 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Pinch of paprika
1 lemon sliced into half-moons

Serves 4

Method

Step 1:
Preheat your Euro Oven to 200°C (conventional function) and line a baking tray with foil

Step 2:
Place the salmon fillets, skin side down on the baking tray

Step 3:
Mix together melted butter, garlic, honey, dried parsley, salt and paprika in a small mixing bowl

Step 4:
On the baking tray, pour mixture over the salmon fillets and arrange lemon wedges to surround

Step 6:
Place salmon in oven and bake for 8 minutes

Step 7:
Baste the salmon occasionally and bake for a further 4-7 minutes until tender

Serve with rice and your favourite potatoes/veggies and enjoy!
